1. How long does it take to ship my order?

We typically ship non-customized items within 1-3 business days from the date of order placement. Once your package is on its way, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number. Please note that for items that require preparation and approval of digital proofs or if you've requested samples of our vinyl, shipping may be delayed pending your approval. We'll keep you informed about the progress and estimated shipping date throughout this process.

2. What is your return policy?

We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, in the same condition that you received it, and in its original packaging. Please note that customized items are considered final sale and cannot be returned. If you have any questions or concerns about our return policy, please don't hesitate to contact us.

3. Can I return a customized item?

No, unfortunately, we do not accept returns for customized items. This includes any alterations to the original product such as changes in colors or designs beyond those presented in the item description. We understand that preferences may vary, so if you have specific requests or need assistance with customization options, please don't hesitate to contact us. We'll do our best to accommodate your needs and provide guidance on available adjustments.

4. What should I do if my order arrives damaged or defective?

Please inspect your order upon reception. If you receive a defective, damaged, or incorrect item, please contact us immediately so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right. We value your satisfaction with our products and will work with you to resolve any problems.

5. How do I initiate a return?

To initiate a return, simply reach out to us at info@wildadventuredecals.com. Please provide your order details and the reason for the return. Please note that returns must be sent to the original shipping address. If you have any questions or need further assistance, feel free to contact us.

6. How do I personalize the wall decals?

You can customize your order at no additional cost by selecting the option to swap one color for another to maintain the overall design. For example, you can replace all ORANGE elements with TEAL. However, if you want to change the color of specific elements, such as only the elephant, while keeping other elements like the birds and clouds in their original colors, an additional fee will apply.

Steps to Customize Your Order:

1. When making your purchase, choose the option “I want to choose my own colors” from the drop-down menu.

2. Add your selected item to your cart.

3. In your cart, include a note with your color change request in the “Order Special Instructions” section.

Do you do custom orders?

Yes! We offer custom orders tailored to your specific ideas. The total price will vary depending on the complexity of the design. For a detailed quote, please provide the following information:

• Size of the area for the decals
• Whether new elements need to be drawn or if you will reuse our original designs
• Quantity and specific colors used

To provide a rough estimate, designing decals for an area approximately 100 inches by 100 inches would start at about $350+.

Please note: We are happy to incorporate any specific ideas or details you would like. However, we do not replicate or copy other artists’ works, whether they are from big entities like Disney or Pixar, smaller local artists, or designs found on the internet. Our designs are original.

Theme and Style: Do you have a specific theme or style in mind for the decals? Are there any particular characters, motifs, or designs you would like to incorporate?

Color Preferences: Are there specific colors you would like us to use in the design? Are there any colors you definitely do not want to include?

Specific Elements: Are there specific elements (such as animals, objects, patterns) you want to include in the design? Do you have any specific ideas for how these elements should be arranged or grouped?

Personalization: Would you like to include any personalized elements such as a name, date, or custom text? How important is customization to match existing decor or themes in the room?

Surroundings: Are there any windows, doors, or furniture near the wall that we should consider in the design? Are there any architectural features or obstacles (like switches or outlets) that need to be taken into account?

Usage and Placement: Is the decal intended for a child's room, nursery, play area, or another space? Please specify if it will be applied to walls, glass, wood, metal, vehicles, furniture, or any other surface.

Installation Preferences (Local Only): Do you plan to install the decals yourself, or would you like us to handle installation?

Budget and Timeline: Do you have a specific budget in mind for this custom decal project? What is your desired timeline for completion and delivery of the decals?
